Event Details
This in-person event is designed to bring together CBOs, hospitals, and enhanced housing services providers to build relationships and strengthen coordination across the network. Housing providers will share an overview of the services they offer and attendees will have the opportunity to meet with them directly, ask questions, and talk through real world scenarios. We will share a comprehensive resource packet with provider contact information and service details to support continued collaboration after the event.
Participants will:
- Identify available housing services and provider offerings within the network, including eligibility, referral processes, and key program features.
- Build cross-sector connections by engaging directly with housing providers to ask questions, discuss real-world scenarios, and strengthen referral pathways.
- Apply knowledge of resources and contacts to support ongoing coordination and make more informed referrals following the event.
Intended Audience: CBOs providing housing-related services and those referring members to housing services
