This Housing Case Conference is an opportunity for member-facing staff to present a case on a member with housing needs that they would like support on.
After the participant provides an overview of the "case", including non-identifiable details about the client and the challenges, we will provide real-time guidance or follow up as needed. PHS staff will be on hand to answer questions related to billing/invoicing and to provide demonstrations in UniteUs as needed. Additionally, we encourage participants to offer feedback and guidance based on your own experiences to anyone presenting a case. Anyone is welcome to attend, even if you do not have a case to present.
Participants will:
- Get real-time assistance with challenges related to providing or referring members to housing-related services
- Connect with other service providers in the WYNYC network to strength referral networks
Intended Audience: CBOs providing housing-related services and those referring members to housing services
Staff role: Member-facing staff; Leadership and staff overseeing program implementation
