CMS will discuss Medicare basics including Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance), Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance), Medicare Advantage, Medicare drug coverage and the cost of Medicare. Additionally, we will review the Inflation Reduction Act, including drug price negotiations, insulin, IRA updates, and the expansion of Extra Help.

The intended audience for this training is: Case/Care Managers or Coordinators, Community Health Workers/Patient Navigators, Social Worker, Clinicians - RN, MD, etc., Elected Officials/Representatives, and Program Coordinators/Managers. Other roles are of course welcome to attend!
