If you see this error message, you may need to reset your password. You can do so by clicking the forgot password link on the sign in page, which looks like this:

Not sure if you're a member? If you are an employee of a member organization, you are a member! Please check here for a list of member organizations. If your organization is not a member, you may also sign up for an individual membership.
How can I register additional people for an event? During the registration process, you can register additional attendees on their behalf. Once you’ve entered your registration information, navigate to the “Attendee Selections” tab and click “Save & Add Another Attendee.”
This will save your first ticket and bring you to a registration form for an additional person. You can add as many additional registrations as you’d like.
How can I make changes to my profile? If you’d like to update your profile information, navigate to “My Profile” at the top of the screen.
This will bring you to your profile, where you have the option to click the “edit” button next to a number of sections.
How can I renew my membership? Membership renewal is available starting on September 21st each year. You can renew using this link. Sign in to your account, then review your renewal information and submit payment. If you don’t see an option to renew, please contact tsommer@hhconsortium.org.
How can I upgrade to a paid membership? Already have a free account with us and want to receive full member benefits for you or your organization? Click here to upgrade your membership!
How can I add other staff to my organization’s membership? Organization members can add sub-accounts to their memberships for their staff. See full instructions for this process here.
How can I view my professional development certificate? Navigate to your dashboard, then click in the “Welcome” message in the upper right corner and choose “Account + Settings.”
Click “Professional Development” along the left menu and find the certificate you’re looking for. Click the printer icon to print your certificate or the mail icon to email it.
How can I access the training & event resources page? The training & event resources page is accessible to members only. If you are a member, you can log into our portal and click on the "Quick Links" toggle on the menu bar. Once you click, you will see "Training & Event Resources" which will redirect you to our website where you can access our resources. You may also click directly to this link while being signed in.
