Ask a Lawyer is an opportunity for staff from the health, housing, and social service sectors to ask attorneys specific questions pertaining to clients, patients, and systems.

This session will be limited to questions related to SSI and SSD benefits, including:

• How can my client get SSA to help with an SSI application?
• How can my client appeal an adverse decision on their case?
• What should my client do if they missed a hearing or an appeal deadline?
• What can my client do if they are told they were overpaid benefits?
