Please join the Health & Housing Consortium's virtual training titled "Single Point of Access (SPOA) Services" on Tuesday, August 5th from 10am-12pm. The Single Point of Access (SPOA) program helps providers connect people with serious mental illness to mental health services that can accommodate them. Through these services, people with serious mental illness can connect to treatment, communicate with providers and get help finding benefits.
The training will be led by the NYC Department of Mental Hygiene. The training will provide: - An overview of SPOA services
- How to access services
- Submit a referral through the Maven system
